We’d like to express our sincerest apologizes to all the fans that pre-ordered The Crumbs “Gator Kicks” LP. Rumors are starting to fly around regarding the huge delays and we want to set the record straight- The release is not being delayed due to monetary problems nor is the label going anywhere. We’ve had every delay known to man at every point with this record from final mixing to mastering to artwork problems. This of course doesn’t make it okay for fans to have to wait this long. We take full responsibility for the delays and for allowing fans to pre-order the record before a lot of these issues were addressed. At this moment we’re waiting on center labels for the press. That’s it. As soon as these lps come off the press we’ll mail them out to all that pre-ordered the record along with some extra Livid goodies as a token of our sincere apologies. Simply put we fucked up. We thank you for your continued support.

We’re considering making a Blu-ray/DVD video compilation of South Florida bands new & old. Punk, metal, hardcore, etc. If you’ve got footage of old shows and/or music videos mail them to:
Livid Records PO Box 276132 Boca Raton, Fl 33427
Please make sure you own the copyright of the content you’re mailing or can put us in contact with the copyright owners.
If you want your media (VHS, DVD, MiniDV, etc) mailed back to you include $3 for postage.
After months of back and forth we’re stoked to announce that we’ve signed Miami’s The Getback.
After hours of delegation (by delegation we mean laughs and cups of coffee) Livid Records and The Getback dudes have agreed to do a 2 record release with the possibility of producing a DVD with footage of the bands’ 10+ year career.
The 2 releases will be back to back- one full length on CD/Digital and the second release will be a limited edition 7”. They’ll be available in February 2011. We’ll be accepting bids to produce and edit a Getback DVD but more on that in the coming weeks.
The Getback is one of the most influential, hard working group of chaps I’ve ever met and in my opinion, they’re as important in Miami’s long standing punk community as Against All Authority and The Crumbs. Check the vid below.

We’re stoked to announce that we’ll be re-releasing the long out of print- The Shrubs “are fucking dead” EP remastered with an extra lost track and new artwork. Those unfamiliar with Miami’s The Shrubs should check out what Village Voice owned Broward New Times had to say about them http://bit.ly/dCBsMh
